Southeastern Wildlife Exposition cordially invites you to celebrate thirty years of the finest in wildlife art and nature as a VIP. Make the most of your experience with a VIP package tailored to fit your needs. Fabulous parties, special art previews, hospitality suites, and priority entry badges are just a few of the benefits that VIPs enjoy throughout the Expo.

Benefits

Opening Reception

Wednesday, February 15th / Benefactors & Patrons 6 p.m.

Held at the historic Mills House Hotel, the reception serves up a delicious spread of heave hors d'oeuvres with beer and SEWE's private label wine while viewing a special exhibit and sale of avian art by SEWE artists.

Private Viewing Hours

Thursday, February 16, 1 – 5 p.m., VIPs are invited to preview and purchase original artwork in Charleston Place and the Mills House before SEWE opens to the public.

Friday & Saturday, February 17 & 18, 9 – 10 a.m., VIPs get a head start on the busiest days of the weekend with early access to the exhibits at Charleston Place, Mills House Hotel, and the Francis Marion Hotel.

VIPs will receive the official 2012 Southeastern Wildlife Exposition poster signed by our Featured Artist, Dustin Van Wechel, SEWE '12 lapel pins, and copies of our event magazine.

In addition to the general VIP benefits, benefactors are entitled to enjoy the following:

Preview Gala and Auctions

On Thursday, February 16, attend an elegant black-tie affair in the Charleston Place Ballroom. The Preview Gala features a live auction of one-of-a-kind items and exciting trips, as well as a silent auction. Enjoy delectable hors d’oeuvres and an open bar while meeting the artists who are present to answer any questions concerning the purchase of their work.

SEWE Soiree

The SEWE Soiree on Saturday, February 18, is the hottest ticket of SEWE weekend. Benefactors, corporate partners, artists and staff love this casual party featuring live music by Second Nature, dancing, an open bar and a feast of oysters, BBQ, wild game, and more. (Attendees must be 21 or older.)

 

VIP Hospitality Suites

Friday – Sunday, February 17 - 19

Open during show hours, the VIP Suites in Charleston Place, Mills House Hotel, Francis Marion Hotel, and Charleston Marriott (gun & decoy dealers) are favorite gathering places for benefactors and corporate partners. The VIP Suites offer an open bar, light snacks and comfortable place to relax with other VIPs. 

Southern Breakfast

Saturday, February 18, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Start you day with Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and a light Southern breakfast at the France Marion Hotel, featured site for local art and landscapes.
