Haslam Collection of Angling & Sporting Books
A recent donation to the College of Charleston, the Greville Haslam collection will debut during SEWE. This rare collection of approximately 2,000 books on fishing, hunting and travel published between the 17th and the early 20th centurey in Great Britain and U.S. is remarkable for is range and scope, as well as its condition and the number of autographed and presentation copies.
Located on the 3rd Floor of Library.

Holy City Shakespeare
In its premiere season, Holy City Shakespeare aims to make its namesake playwright a home in Charleston —and for local audiences to feel at home with his plays.
February 17 & 18, 7:30pm: “Much Ado About Nothing,” by William Shakespeare.
HCS sets this crowd-pleasing comedy in a small American town at the end of WWII. Authentic Southern folk music and a barn dance round out this production of a play about soldiers coming home to family, neighbors, potential mates—and a rumor mill that can bring them together or pull them apart.
