Space is limited. Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received. Artist will receive confirmation from SEWE when registration has been accepted and space has been reserved. Registrations received after all spaces are filled will be placed in order on a waiting list and notified in the event that a space becomes available.

Artists will receive (1) Artist Badge and (1) Artist Guest Badge which will permit entry to Thursday's Preview Gala and Sale. *If you do NOT need your (1) Artist Guest Badge, you can opt out of paying the $150 registration fee.

-Additionally, Artist and one guest are invited to Saturday's SEWE Soiree; Artist badge must be shown at door and Artist must be present; badges may not be transferred. Artist will also receive (2) 3-Day General Admission Tickets for guests upon request ONLY. General Admission Tickets do not permit entrance to the Preview Gala or the Soiree but do allow entrance to all exhibit sites throughout the weekend. Any additional VIP badges will be full price and upon availability. - Artist will be provided lunch Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. - Painters will be provided with display space, lights, hanging hardware and name plate. - Artist will be assigned a space based on the amount of overall work to be exhibited. Above, please indicate the number of pieces you plan to exhibit for sale. All work must retail for $500+ and artist must exhibit and have for sale a minimum of 8 paintings.

2024 Artist/ Security, Liability and Indemnity

Southeastern Wildlife Exposition will provide security service during the entire event. The general public will be admitted only during published show hours. Exhibiting artists must present proper credentials to enter the exhibition area during set-up and one (1) hour prior to the scheduled opening each day. No one may remain in the exhibition area after closing hours. All displays must be dismantled and removed immediately after final closing. All artwork sold and removed from the exhibition area must be accompanied by a sales ticket as proof of purchase.

Southeastern Wildlife Exposition will take certain precautions against theft, strikes or other emergencies, but does not guarantee or insure against loss from theft, fire or other emergencies. If the exhibiting artist desires insurance against such losses, he/she should obtain insurance at his/her own expense. Exhibiting artists agree to hold harmless Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, the exhibit facility and their respective personnel for any damage, injury or loss to any person or property for any cause, directly or indirectly related to participation in the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition. If the exhibit facility or its contents shall be destroyed by fire or other cause, or if by reason of government restriction or otherwise, the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition is interrupted or prevented, then the exhibiting artist waives any damage for claims or compensation, consequential or otherwise, which might arise by reason of the prevention of interruption.
