Carol Lee Thompson is a full-time, professional artist, Classically trained in the methods of the Old Masters. Carol Lee paints a wide range of subject matter including equine and animal, landscape, figurative, and Western themes.
Carol Lee is featured in galleries throughout the country. Her work is part of many corporate and private collections including the Butler Institute of Art and Academy Art Museum in Easton, Maryland. Her art hangs in Baltimore's City Hall, The Fort McHenry National Shrine, the U.S. State Department, the Star Pass Resort in Arizona, and Camden Yards Stadium.
Carol Lee is a recognized Living Artist (A.R.C.L.A.) with the ARC. She is a Signature Member of the OPA , NOAPS and the AAEA. She is also a member of the SAA, American Women Artists (AWA), American Impressions Society (AIS) and the Miniature Painters, Sculptors & Gravers Society of Washington, DC. Carol is published in "Best of America Oil Artists II," "Fresh Flowers: The Best of Flower Painting," "Art of the American West," and "The TOP 100 Plein Air Painters of the Mid-Atlantic."
