Health & Wellness Updates

It’s time to SEWE together, again.

As a valued patron of SEWE, the safety of you, our guests, artists, partners, exhibitors, staff and everyone involved in our upcoming event is our top priority. We are excited to welcome you back this February and have your health and wellness in mind as you enjoy your visit with us.

SEWE is continuing to closely monitor the status of the pandemic and collaborate with local leaders to create a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees. We ask that our guests famarilize themselves with the show’s policies before arriving.

At this time, face coverings will not be required at SEWE venues. Masks will be available at all exhibit sites for attendees who choose to wear one.

The SEWE shuttle system, provided as a complimentary convenience for all ticket holders, will require attendees to wear face coverings while riding the bus between exhibit sites. This service is contracted through First Student and this is their company’s mandated policy. Our chartered bus rides are one of several transportation options at SEWE. We encourage those who are not able to wear face coverings or uncomfortable with the close quarters of the bus to explore walking, ridesharing or biking to venues. The Charleston Place Hotel, Gaillard Center and Marion Square exhibit sites are all located within a short walking distance of one another. The VIP shuttles will not require face coverings

SEWE is pleased to offer multiple outdoor venues for guests who prefer more space and airflow. Both Brittlebank Park and Marion Square are open-air exhibit sites that provide the opportunity to enjoy SEWE outside.

For your comfort, complimentary hand sanitizer will be available in select locations throughout SEWE venues. Artist and exhibitor booths will also have sanitizer accessible for guest use. Although health and sanitation have always been a priority at SEWE, we have increased our cleaning procedures this year, with a focus on high-touch surfaces.

To limit touchpoints, SEWE has created new contact-free payment options for your convenience. Food, beverage and merchandise transactions can be made via credit card for a contactless experience.
