ACE (The Anneclaire Experience) is a unique, dance-based workout designed to deliver long, lean lines, a strong core, and improved flexibility. Through a combination of cardio, specialized muscle movement, flow-state style sculpting, and dynamic stretching, ACE fosters physical and mental breakthroughs. The result? A workout that goes beyond the room—bringing confidence, coordination, and joy into your daily life.
ABOUT ANNECLAIRE NELSON
Anneclaire Nelson, founder of ACE, brings over two decades of experience as a dancer and expert trainer. Originally from Greenville, SC, Anneclaire honed her craft in Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami, working with top fitness brands and training A-list celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow, Olivia Wilde, Olivia Palermo, and Robert Downey Jr. In 2022, she returned to South Carolina to share her expertise and passion for movement through ACE.
