Kelly McNeil is the Winner of the “2009 City of Burnie Tas Art Exhibition Award” in Tasmania, and the “2010 Brampton’s Art Person of the Year”. She has been an exhibiting artist at the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition and the Buckhorn Fine Art’s Festival since 2006. McNeil has an Editorial Illustration Diploma and a Bachelor of Design Degree from Ontario College of Art and Ontario College of Art and Design University in Toronto.

She exhibits internationally at two Galleries in North Carolina and Illinois. In Ontario she exhibits in her Orangeville and the Brampton Galleries, where she paints and teaches out of her studio.
