About Art LaMay

Art is a Watercolorist with enduring ties to nature, as evidenced by his Exquisite renderings of wildlife in their native habitat. He sees humor, Beauty and even humanity in his subjects. With a long list of prestigious Awards and citations, Art also has the honor of having a wing named for Him at the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art in Salisbury, MD, and has been One of only 15 artists worldwide invited to participate in Epcot’s Annual Flower & Garden Show. Art has been honored by Ducks Unlimited in 1996 as their International Wildlife Artist. Art has created the poster art for the Easton Waterfowl’s 50th anniversary this year. Art has also created artwork for Ducks Unlimited for their convention this year held in New Orleans. He has created numerous works of art for many shows over the years such as the Waterfowl Festival, South Carolina Wildlife Exposition, Florida Wildlife Expo and many more. He has created works for Anheuser-Busch, Ducks Unlimited, the National Rifle Association, Friends of the NRA, the National Wild Turkey Federation, National Wildlife Magazine, SC Waterfowl Asso., Audubon Society, Virginia Wildlife and many more.
