SEWE is proud to exhibit handcrafted goods by artisans, craftsmen and tastemakers from around the country. All companies in the wildlife and outdoors genre are invited to submit their products or services to be considered for the annual show in Charleston, SC.
To apply to become a showcased exhibitor for SEWE, fill out the online application between June 1 - August 31. The application fee is $35.
Applicants will be notified of their status annually via email by October 1. If accepted, exhibitors must submit additional forms, plus booth fees to reserve their space at SEWE. Application fees are non-refundable.
SEWE will accept exhibitor applications for the 2023 show June 1 - August 31, 2022.

Online exhibitor applications open annually from June 1 - August 31.
All exhibitors will be notified of their status via email no later than October 1.
Must submit supporting images representative of the items to be exhibited when submitting an application.
The $35 application fee is nonrefundable and does not apply toward the booth fee.
If accepted, exhibitors will receive a registration form. Forms must be signed and returned along with the booth fee to reserve your space.
Booth fees range from $200 to $700 for individual booths and must be paid in full. Space is not guaranteed until the exhibitor has received official confirmation from the SEWE office. Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received until all spaces are filled.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be given if written cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the event. If written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the event, 50% will be refunded. Cancellation within 45 days of the event will not be refunded.
